4. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party processors.

  • Prices are listed on our website and may change without prior notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours but before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations at the time of the appointment are charged 100% of the service fee.

6. Membership Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions grant access to exclusive content in the members’ area.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, audio, video, and membership materials, are owned by Sharon Michelle and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or resell without written consent.
